What is Eeroplane return policy?

We want you to be 100% happy with EEROPLANE product. Items in new condition (unworn/unwashed) can be returned or or exchanged within 30 days of delivery.  Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable. If we made a mistake or the item arrived defective, please contact us and we’ll make things right.

* Custom print items are not eligible for returns.

How Can I return or exchange purchased goods?

To return or exchange an item please : Include a copy of the packing slip or confirmation email from your order and note the new size or item desired. (We can't guarantee all items and sizes will be in stock for exchanges.) And ship to according to your country... Once your return is received, your new item(s) will be shipped out at no additional cost or your refund will be issued.

Just bring your well packed item to any zasilkovna.cz pick-up place and use code 94114601 for shipping. Do not pay the shipping, it is on us.
