What is Eeroplane?

We are young brand focused on creating original, good quality aviation apparel that we wanted ourselves. 

Do you design your products?

Yes, in our art & design atelier where we also hand print our products. 

Where are you located?

We are based in Nový Jičín, Czech Republic – Europe.

Do you cooperate with aeroclubs or other organizations on special projects?

Of course, we enjoy such cooperation. Currently we work with different professional clients on special projects. Minimum qty for special project is 20 t-shirts or 100 pairs of socks per design. Feel free to contact us regarding your project.

Payment

1. Secure Card Payment

We accept major credit & debit cards as Visa, Mastercard, International Dinners Club. The payment is securely processed on ČSOB Bank gateway, we do not collect any information from your card.

Shipping

What does shipping cost?

Shipping is for free on all orders over 60 EUR. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location. Just add an item to your cart, select your country and you will see the shipping rate…

Hungary, Poland, Slovakia from 4 €
Austria, France, Germany, UK from 5 € …

What Shipping Methods Are Available?

We offer competitive rates for Economy Delivery. Depending on your country we use standard Parcel suppliers (DHL, DPD, GLS, Hermes) or National Postal Services (Colissimo, Correos, MRW, PostNL, Postnord, Royal Mail, Swiss Post…)

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

It should take 1-5 working days depending on your location. In case of urgent query, please contact us. We will try to align with your needs.

Where do you ship too? Do You Ship Internationally?

We currently ship all around the Europe and Russia. If you need shipping elsewhere, please contact us.

Where do you ship from?

We ship from our warehouse in Novy Jičín, Czech Republic – Europe.

Do I get tracking number?

Yes, you will receive Shipping Tracking Number once your order has been dispatched.

Returns & Exchanges

What is Eeroplane return policy?

We want you to be 100% happy with EEROPLANE product. Items in new condition (unworn/unwashed) can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

If we made a mistake or the item arrived defective, please contact us here and we’ll make things right.

How Can I return or exchange purchased goods?

To return or exchange an item please :
Include a copy of the packing slip or confirmation email from your order and note the new size or item desired. (We cannot guarantee all items and sizes will be in stock for exchanges.)
